Beautiful, and very long stone house with interesting, multi-entrances, a recent addition to the rear and a neat little FA (Fire Association) from the 19th century on the front.

The historic marker lists this as the sheriff's house dating back to 1791. This is also the largest structure on the street, being 3 bays wide. The Newtown Theater sits across the street. A representative from the Department of the Interior was kind enough to e-mail me the nomination form and narratives, including the one for this structure, which can be found below:
