In Groundhog Day Bill Murray plays a disgrunted weatherman trapped in a timewarp forced to live over and over again on of the worst days of his live
In the original script he was trapped for 10,000 years but in the actual film it would be closer to 10 years
In this scene we Bill Murray and Andie McDowell in front of the Bed and Breakfast where he starts his day over and over again
This second shot is a wider shot to get a better look at the house
Here is the house as it looks in 2010. Notice the distinctive arch on the fence has survived the 17 years since filming.The house was a private residence when filming took place but it now been sold and is going to be used as a hotel
