The Ashby Town Hall is a large wooden sturcture. The exterior is white clapboard on a fieldstone foundation. It has dual arched entranceways jutting out from the main part of the building. The windows have are detailed and ornate with greek influences.
Ashby was first settled in 1676 and was officially incorporated in 1767.
