A first order benchmark at 139.4641m above Newlyn datum on the north face of the tower of St Thomas' Church, Hockley Heath, West Midlands. The mark was levelled in 1953 and verified in 1965. It is the first bracket I have found which does not have a letter prefix.
This waymark is set up as part of mumbo jumbo's "Project Explorer 220", an attempt to visit / photograph / list all 55 brackets, bolts and flush brackets in the area covered by OS map Explorer 220 (which is mj's "patch"). This may take a while as I try to do most of my local waymarking and geocaching by bicycle!
Type of Trigpoint: Flush Bracket
Condition: Good
