If you have an iPhone the best deal is to pay around HK$30 for a month of unlimited access on that device. Even though you can pay for access, the McDonalds provides 20 minutes of free WiFi access per day if you register for it on the webpage. When I stayed in Mui Wo I frequented this WiFi hotspot because of its free access and its discount iPhone plan.
