This statue called The Wall Street Farmer is a sculpture of W. Larkin Fitch by Art Norby of Carefree, AZ.
W. Larkin Fitch settled in Mesa with his wife, Anna Mildred Dobson, where he farmed 700 acres. Fitch participated in numerous community organizations and donated his land where Fitch Park currently lies.
The statue was donated to the ity of Mesa's Permanent Sculpture Collection by his children. It can be seen 24 hours a day on the Northwest corner of Main St. and Hibbert St. in downtown Mesa, AZ.
