This viewpoint is located on a natural stone "knob" or sorts by a trail leading out of Spider Meadows and heading off into the mountains. The knob is big enough for around 4-5 campsite spots but the real gem of the place is the very edge. A sweeping view of Spider Meadows and the surrounding valley greets you and it makes a great place to sit and relax for a while after a hard day of hiking.
