The main east window is by Kempe and dates to 1897. It has the following inscription: 'With Thee is the well of life. In Thy light, shall we see light. To the honoured memory of Charles Howard, chairman of the Bedfordshire County Council. This window is dedicated by his many friends. He died Oct. 11th 1895 aged 69 years.'

From the south porch to the east window are two other stained glass windows with additional plain windows with a little tinting. The first from the main door is of Saint Michael and Saint Barnabas and is dedicated to 'Douglas Falkland Carey D.S. O.M.A. Vicar 1936 - 1946.'

The second, modern window is very bright and lies in the south wall of the chancel.

From the east window in an anti-clockwise direction is a beautiful window to Sir John Howard in the east wall of the north aisle. It has the following wording: 'To commemorate the joy and great happiness found in Saint James Biddenham by Sir John Howard 1901-1986 Churchwarden 1957-1984 Civil Engineer Chairman - Harpur Trust'.

A millennium window is another modern, bright example which features local symbolism including a village cricket match.
