In front of the City Hall/Community Building in Cowden is their Memorial to all that have served and to all who have passed on. The memorial is that old, but no date of dedication could be found.

Description of Memorial: The memorial is made of black granite,with a smaller block of black granite on either side, all of which sits on a off white brick foundation. The main part of the memorial has all five service emblems attached to it above the inscription.
