This appeared about 6 weeks ago if my memory serves me. I drive over it most mornings and the only words I could make out was RESURECT, so I figured it to be some religious flyer stuck to the ground. But it didnt blow away and is still there. I read about the tiles here on Waymarking.com and realized that was what was in the road. Snapped a few pictures of it this afternoon.
It is located in the crosswalk at the intersection of Town Center Rd and Dekalb Pike (Route 202 southbound), just in front of the Kinko's store. The GPS co-ordinates are the parking lot next to it. Park there and walk to Kinko's and you will step on the tile.
