This tall zinc obelisk headstone can be found on the westernmost edge of Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo. The names on the sides include that of a husband and wife, and their young child.
The south side reads:

Died Oct. 14, 1902.
Nettie Lane,
his wife,
Born Oct. 26, 1847
Died Feb. 23, 1895
On the east side:
Louie Simpson,
youngest son of Charles H. and Nettie Lane,
Born May 18, 1885,
Died Mar. 10 1886,
Aged 9 mo's 22 days.
A small stone marker with Louie Simpson's name is adjacent to the zinc headstone.
