In 2000 Rémi Potey painted a sundial showing a farm scene featuring a rooster "Le Coq" on the south wall of the resort hotel "La Ferme de l'Izoard". The Gallic Coq is a traditional national symbol of France as a nation and its history, land and culture.

This sundial has hour lines and the other on the south west wall shows declination lines. The motto "Carpe Lucet, Vita in Motu" I translate as "Seize the Light, Life is moving".
Sundial Type: Vertical - Wall mounted dial plate
