The mark is located on Scottsville-Chili Road, just S of Scottsville, NY. The mark is a NYS Dept. of Transportation disk #1-4-107, and is located on at the crest of a small hill adjacent to the SW side of road, about 30-40 from the edge of the road. The mark is at the bottom of a small hole, about 8" inches deep. There is a 4"x4" wooden witness post adjacent to the hole at the crest of the hill.
