A US Coast and Geodetic Survey benchmark in Syracuse, New York, at the top of the hill in Thornden Park. The station mark was found in good condition at the location described. Neither of the two reference marks was found although the probable site of RM 1 was located. The azimuth mark is described as having been destroyed.
