The memorial is a plaque mounted to a large rock at the base of a flag pole flying an American flag.
The plaque reads that it is dedicated to Anthony J. Dubits (11/14/16 - 6/2/01), who was a Corporal in H&S Company, 34th Division Corp of Engineers, US Army. The plaque points out that Corporal Dubits survived the attack on Pearl Harbor.
