This blood bank has been on operation since 1966 and curently supplies about 40,000 units of blood per year. It services twenty-one hospitals in nine counties in PA & NY. The take donations for whole blood and apheresis donations. I make regular visits to the blood bank and find the staff friendly and professional. My employer also holds three blood drives during the year. I recently attended their 43rd annual dinner. One very important point made is that they have been expanding every year.
