This hanging mobile insect looking sculpture called "Emys Orbicularis" was at first in the Finnish Pavilion at the Sevilla World Fair EXPO 92 in Spain and was then purchased by the Helsinki Fair Centre of Finland in 1993.
Insect is hanging inside the Fair Centers northern entrance so, you need to visit some Fair to see it. Many people will walk under it and not notice this piece of art.
Interesting is that this name of the sculpture is Latin and actually means "European pond turtle", and not any kind of insect.
