Miner's Bridge used to carry mining workers and refined lead across Hebden Beck. Nowadays walkers and cyclists use the bridge to access the moors around the mines.

Not far upstream is the old dressing floor where ore was pulverised and smelted, before being carried out by pack horses. There are a few walls of ruined buildings remaining. Production reached its peak in mid 1800's.
