Hotel Teatro is one of the premier hotels in the Denver area, but they are not pretentious (
visit link) . Their goal is guest service, and they fulfill that promise with a great pet friendly policy. They will provide water and food bowls pre-set for your pet. This hotel boasts 110 rooms, high-speed WiFi and is directly across the street from the Denver Center for Performing Arts (DCPA) - one of the country's largest cultural facilities (
visit link) . The hotel is decorated with costumes, playbills and props from many of the performances given at the DCPA.
The hotel is located in the old Denver Tramway building that was built in 1911 and held the city's public transportation system offices and attached street-car barn until 1971. The structure was designed by the firm of Fisher & Fisher and beautifully restored in the 1990s.
Hotel Teatro has participated in the annual Doors Open Denver event (
