Joseph led a project and was assisted by Troop 40. They redid and enlarging the shelter at Davis Park in Mt. Vernon. The 24' by 32' shelter was not up to building code and was unsound. The shelter was reroofed, braced, had walls removed, and received a 12' addition. The project required 234 hours and completed in March of 2009.
