A new 18 hole disc golf course opened on April 14th on the CSUSM campus. The first 8 holes are on the lower campus on an undeveloped lot. The terrain is flat and mostly dirt and weeds. The upper nine holes are on the main part of the campus and is flat with mowed grass.

There is no cost to play, however parking permits are required to park on campus. The first tee is located at the corner of Campus Way and Barham Drive.
