This old property lies within Pirton Grange Farm in the present day. It belonged to Mr W. Hanscombe in 1912 who went on to build Pirton Hall which lies in its own park opposite.
Pirton Grange is timber framed and was constructed in the early 17th century. There is a moat around the property with a bridge house spanning it. The Grange is an H shaped layout and has been restored and modernised.
There is an L-shaped south wing and an old 17th century fireplace in the kitchen. Also an old timber bakehouse lies to the north of the house in the grounds.
