The Tower Cafe is famous for its cinnamon rolls and biscuits, and the cafe is a favorite among locals. Clubs and organizations all over the state sell Okarche's cinnamon rolls for their fundraisers.

This town clock is located right at the entrance to the cafe, which is on Highway 3/81, about 10 miles south of Kingfisher.
