This site is on the National Historical Register and demonstrates a low point in American History. It is Officially listed as Granada Relocation Camp, but all of the signs say "Amache Relocation Center"

There is very little left of the camp which housed 7,500 Japanese-Americans which were relocated from, primarily the coast of California during WW II. You can read about the history of this camp on 6 information boards at this location as well as drive and/or walk through the foundations of the buildings which comprised the camp.
