The website at (
visit link) tells us:
"A little about the Moose Lodge. It has two ballrooms on the second and third floors, a bar, restaurant area and had bowling lanes all in the basement. There was retail located on the first floor. The main ballroom is of a good size with a balcony, a medium sized stage with small wings.
The Moose Lodge is/was owned by the same folks who own St. Andrews Hall, Clutch Cargos and the former Industry. It is a decent structure that would be an easy one to rehab with the exception that the basement is larger (wider) than the building. This is the reason for the fence. The sidewalk is caving in to the basement and the disagreement is over who is responsible for this repair. "
