From the Smithsonian description:
Metal pieces shaped in the figure of a man. Pieces are bolted together and sculpture is bolted to sidewalk. Figure's legs are disproportionately long to his body. Proper left arm is raised to forehead and proper right arm is bent as if hand is on hip.
