Take the steps up from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieha, past the WWII air raid shelter to the parish office. If the gate is locked, there is still a good view through the bars. Or take the stairs up to the plaza of the Church of Our Lady of Victory. I found the upper gate was open and the garden of the parish office accessible. This is an attractive sundial but it lacks a gnomon.
