This McD's location is near the Kingsport Towne Center (formerly known as Fort Henry Mall). The restuarant was rebuilt in the early 2000's, but also removed the TV in 2008 and the small outdoor Playland in 2009 (which was replaced with half dozen tables on a brick patio.) And added the McCafe in 2009. So the appeal is now more to the adult crowd.
