Lysander Tullys moved to Iowa in 1874. The Tulleys concentrated on farm loans and eventually added real estate in 1897. During these years of practicing varied business interests, Tulleys stressed both honesty and integrity as mainstays in his interactions with others. He remained in Iowa until his death in 1928.
