The survey disk is a metal disk set in the top of a concrete post. The post is located in the Pumpkin Creek valley of the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park. It is a fairly difficult descent down into the hollow where the disk is located but not nearly as difficult as the climb back up. Once in the bottom, follow the creek upstream. It is clearly visible from the creek bed.
