Large round and tall Sphinx sculpture located at the entrance to the museum, at the SE corner of Elm and Boyd. The Sphinx is about 9 feet tall, and about as round too. It is on top of a bronze foundation that is on top of a concrete foundation. The Sphinx wings are short and stubby, and it is on all fours, facing straight ahead to Elm.
This is one of numerous art sculptures placed around campus, several are on this same corner.
