AND T COMPANY MANHOLE COVER ON S SIDE OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE, 64.85 FEET SE FROM CENTER OF SEWER MANHOLE COVER S OF SAFETY ZONE IN PONCE DE LEON AVENUE, 46.55 FEET SE FROM CENTER OF CATCH BASIN IN S CURB OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE.
