DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1927 (EOH) TRAVERSE STATION AND BENCH MARK IS IN THE SIDEWALK ON THE SE CORNER OF N BOULEVARD AND SAINT CHARLES AVENUE, 4.35 FEET E OF THE E CURB OF N BOULEVARD, 21.3 FEET S FROM THE CENTER OF CATCH BASIN COVER IN SE CORNER OF N BOULEVARD AND SAINT CHARLES AVENUE, 19.51 FEET SW FROM CORNER OF HOUSE, 12.53 FEET W FROM HYDRANT IN PRIVATE YARD, 18.3 FEET N FROM NAIL IN BASE OF TELEPHONE POLE. STATION MARK IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN CONCRETE CYLINDER, 5 FEET LONG, 10 INCHES IN DIAMETER AT THE TOP, AND 18 INCHES IN DIAMETER AT THE BASE. CAST-IRON COVER OVER TOP OF MARK.
