This GPS Control Disk was set by the Mahoning County Engineer's Office in Canfield Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, in the top of a round concrete post flush with the ground on the property of Mill Creek Park Metroparks. The disk is stamped ---BIKE--- with no monumentation date.
To reach the mark from the junction of U.S. Highway 224 and State Highway 46 in the center of Canfield, go south on Highway 46 for 0.7 mile to the junction of State Highway 446. Turn left and continue south on Highway 46 for about 0.1 mile to a parking lot entrance on the right. Turn right into the parking lot and go northwest for about 260 feet to the northwest corner of the parking lot. Continue northwest on the Mill Creek Metroparks Bikeway for 71.0 feet to the mark on the right. The mark is 37.5 feet northwest of the beginning of the pavement of the bikeway, 10.5 feet northeast of the center of the bikeway, and 3.0 feet north of a metal sign "STAY ON TRAIL."
