Small church of St. Anne (Kostelík Sv. Anny), built in Empire-style, is the most notable historic building of the small village Husí Lhota near town Mladá Boleslav (Central Bohemia region).
Church of St. Anne was built at village green in 1823 thanks to finantial support of community and Mr. Jan Tichý. The building was extended in 1908 - above the entrance you can read following inscription "Zbudováno 1823, rozšíreno 1908" - it means: "Build 1823, extended 1908". In close proximity of the church, using the same system of funding, was in 1862 erected simple prismatic belfry. The Catholic worships, ensured by parish of Plazy (nearby village), are celebrated here every 3rd Sunday in month at 14:00 (2 PM).
