The Kenneth L. Cooper Bandshell is located in a very large park in downtown Williamsport, PA. The bandshell is in great shape and is a staple to this park. There are concrete benches to supply seating to the audience and if there is not enough room, there is plenty of grass to sit on. This can be a busy area in the summer so stop by and enjoy some music!
