This challenge waymark was interesting to do. I dialed my number and west longitude looked promising. After some searching on google earth I decided to contact PTCRAZY who has several waymarks and geocaches in Fulton. By looking the google earth I suggested this lake Neatahwanta area and after a very short while he responded with excellent photos and stories that I quoted here with "".

Taking gps photo was hard because of bright weather..
"The sun was very bright, causing glare, then if I shielded the sun, it was either too dark or all I got was the reflection of the camera off the gps screen."

I was a bit surprised that Lake Neatahwanta was frozen, I had no idea that there is so much snow. In Finland we have the most snow in twenty years so I guess this is global.

"pics are of Lake Neatahwanta, which of course, is frozen right now. There were snowmobile races on the lake a couple of weekends ago, and some of the tracks are still visible in the pics. I also took a couple of the pier and gazebo that extends out into the lake at Bullhead Point."

Surroundings of this spot has a lot to offer.
"The following pics are of things, (other than the lake), that are visible from this location. The building behind my car is the back side of the Fulton War Memorial, the picture with the yellow cable support in the middle of it, is looking towards Route 3 as it enters the city, with the U-Haul rental business in the background. This is located not far from the entrance to Bullhead Point Park. The other picture is looking SW towards the G. Ray Bodley High School and Fulton Community Park. This park used to be the site of many county festivals. It had a horse racing track, giant gazebo with a carousel, and they had many a shindig here 75-100 yrs ago. Now it shares its space with the war memorial, a football field, a baseball field, a playground and gazebo for picnics, and the north end of the high school."
