This bell once hung it the steeple of the "Little Church" of St John Nepomucene parish in Bohemia, New York. A larger church was built in 1981, and the "Little Church" is now used for meeting space.

The parish of St John Nepomucene Church in Bohemia, New York, was established by Czech immigrants here on Long Island in 1885.
The bell was cast by the McShane Foundry of Baltimore, Maryland in 1887.
