In Needham, near the border with Wellesley, is the Highland Animal Hospital, which offers veterinary, boarding and grooming facilities for animals.

To get to the Highland Animal Hospital, from Needham Center, go north on Highland Avenue to Hunnewell Street in Needham Heights. Take a left onto Hunnewell Street and travel to the next traffic light at Central Avenue. Travel north on Central Avenue to Cedar Street. Take a left onto Cedar Street, then take an immediate left on Wellesley Avenue. Follow Wellesley Avenue until you see the Highland Animal Hospital on the left.
