This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Local drug users outside accosted me for spare change. Inside, locals stared at me like I was a side of meet. The lady at the counter looked at me, turned, went to the back and did not return. I snapped my obligatory, interior photos, returned my coupons to my pocket and used common sense and got the heck out of there. It is a completely different and scary world in North Philadelphia. I wanted no part of it except to collect my waymark.
