We found this HRC quite by accident, as this was a stop not even on our original cruise itinerary, but mechanical problems with our ship changed our plans and we wound up making an unplanned stop in Costa Maya. This HRC has just finished construction, and is supposed to open in the next couple of weeks (beginning of March, 2010), but they already have the souvenir shop open (at least I got a hat!). It is built right next to the pier terminal and is also located right next to an old Mayan structure in the middle of the street. It is less than a 5 minute walk on the main street leading from the pier terminal.
