Built in 1843 in attractive red brick the Manor House is a Jacobean design. It has a shaped porch and gable. The interior includes woodwork from Wrest Park and the Palace of Westminster. In 1912 Mr Howard Spensley owned the manor in its 103 acre estate.

'Westoning Manor
Westoning Manor is a Grade II listed building set in parkland and dating back to 1842.
The village of Westoning is located between Ampthill & Toddington within 2.5 miles of Junction 12 of the M1 Motorway. The nearby village of Harlington has a Thameslink mainline rail link as has Flitwick, 2 miles to the North.
The conversion of the Manor has formed 6 individual apartments containing many original features.
The replacement of the old stables and agricultural buildings has led to the construction of 8 new 3 bedroom homes which have been designed to architecturally complement the Manor House.'
