This fountain is located in Civic Center Park, a clean but very noisy park since I-25 is just to the west of the park. The park features a pavilion and fishing in the lake. The fountain runs after threat of freeze has passed. Parking is at N39 52.233, W104 59.121; next to the Thornton City Hall, Thornton Municipal Court and Thornton Police Department.
