Not at the World's Fair pavilion, but near the UT library is a newer amphitheater (not shown on the Google satellite image). Was very busy during a sunny afternoon back on August 31st with students milling around, but empty on a cold Sunday January 31st morning when the photos were taken. The coordinates are from the center of actual stage area, which is small.
