The Farmer’s Bank Building (now known as the Land Title Building) is located at the NW corner of the intersection of Pearl and 5th Streets. The building foundation was started in 1910 and the building completed in 1911 and is built of brick with a facade of elaborately-carved Tenino sandstone. The building was designed by Fay R. Spangler.
