A small nature center inside a large regional park. Inside the center is a gift shop (of course) as well as several exhibits which allow kids to touch various items such as animal bones, skins, rocks and pine cones. They did have a live king snake on exhibit as well. Outside the nature center building is a nature trail. The trail is really a walking path as there is no educational information along the trail. There is also a small pond adjacent to the center with free binoculars for bird watching. As a stand alone destination it is not worth the time. As part of a visit to the park, it is interesting.
