The font dates from the 12th century and is highlighted by the red and black tiled floor beneath it. It is made from Purbeck marble and has a square basin on a central shaft with smaller shafts at the corners. It has a tall wooden cover.
The church dates to 1350-70 with older stones in the foundations.
