All of the windows are partly stained apart from those in the Sanctuary which are fully coloured. They depict the following:
In the porch is a single light window representing the Blessed Virgin and the Holy Child. It is dedicated to the memory of Betsy Olney, Mary Rich and Mary Ashwell.
The windows around the church depict the Coats of Arms of the families who dwelled at Wrest Park apart from those on the north of the nave which show the Arms of the Bishop of Lincoln; Silsoe was part of his diocese. Also the Arms of Christ Church Oxford are shown who were patrons of the Benefice.
Inside the Sanctuary Lois and Eunice are on the north wall and Miriam and Deborah are on the south wall. The main east window shows the Lord in priestly vestments with Host and Chalice. He is worshipped by angels and saints. Also King George V makes an appearance in the bottom right hand corner. These windows were designed by Howard of Oxford and Mrs Murray of Wrest Park donated them to the church.
