This memorial plaque dedicated to Henrico County Police is located in a green area in front of the Dabbs House, which is now a Civil War Museum and part of the Henrico County Eastern Government Complex. Dabbs House was the headquarters for Henrico County Police for over 50 years. Several other markers are located nearby, including a WW II memorial and two Civil War markers. The Dabbs House Museum is open to visitors Mon-Fri 12-4 pm, but the markers are accessible any time.

Dedicated to Law and Order and those members of the Division of Police, County of Henrico, VA., who serve and those who have given their lives in this service
