This project marker is located off Ore. Hwy. 36 at Lake Creek Falls. The cap was set in concrete of the fish ladder by the U.S.D.I Bureau of Land Management and is unmarked. The fish ladder was built in 1989 so the cap was most likely set then. There is a second cap set in the bedrock nearby which is marked 1989.
